please ensure you read all of the following information before reaching out and contacting me. by putting in a purchase request, you agree that you understand everything set forth below.all maps that i create are made using 45 gsm mulberry paper and black permanent ink, hand-stained and weathered using coffee and coffee grounds. these are completely handmade from start to finish (even the paper is handmade in japan). photographs of the ready to ship maps are exactly the map that you will receive and their dimensions are measured individually to encompass the entire map (at the widest points if in the extra weathering style), not just the illustration area. I recommend purchasing frames that are at least 3" to 5" wider and taller than the map dimensions list and then using a backing board behind the map for display, especially if the map has torn edges. for example, for a 17"x22" map, choose a frame with a minimum of 20"x26" opening.all prices listed include shipping within the united states via usps priority mail. maps will ship in tubes, lined with glassine. this is both the safest and most cost effective shipping method for art this large. payment is due in full upfront, and must be sent within three days of me accepting your ready to ship purchase or it will be re-listed. all payments can be done through paypal or the ko-fi tipping page link in the panels on my twitch page. do not send payment until i have confirmed your purchase.in your form, please include which map you would like (denoted by the letter and number next to the price). international customers, inquire about shipping rates within your form.ready to ship maps ship out within five working days of payment being approved.can't find exactly what you're looking for? check out my commission info to find out how to get exactly what you want!

| please ensure you read all general commission information as well as the information in the section that relates to what you wish to commission before reaching out and contacting me. by commissioning me, you understand and agree to all the terms set forth below. all fantasy maps that i create will be in tolkien's style using 45 gsm mulberry paper and black permanent ink, hand-stained and weathered using coffee and coffee grounds by me. further means of weathering such as exaggeratedly torn edges and additional crumpling is optional (edges may be slightly textured and light crumpling may occur due to the nature of the paper no matter what). these are completely handmade from start to finish (even the paper is handmade in japan). expect a slight variance in works you may see listed in my previous work compared to what you will receive. every piece being unique is what makes these so special, even if they are simply recreations. please note that the sizes listed are of the bounds of the illustration itself and that the map will be about 1" to 2" larger on each side than specified. I recommend purchasing frames that are at least 5" to 6" wider and taller than the map dimensions list and then using a backing board behind the map for display, especially if you want exaggerated torn edges. for example, for a 15"x21" map, choose a frame with a minimum of 20"x26" opening. i do not plan on releasing prints. i will be making all maps from scratch for the foreseeable future. all prices listed include shipping within the united states via usps priority mail. international customers, please inquire about shipping rates when you send in your commission request. maps will ship in tubes, lined with glassine. this is both the safest and most cost effective shipping method for art this large. i take either full payment upfront or half payment down and half payment by either (1) the projected date of completion or (2) a pre-discussed alternate later date. if first payment is not sent within three days of me agreeing to start your commission, your commission slot will be forfeited. if second payment is not made within two weeks of the date agreed upon, then i have the right to list the work as ready to ship for anyone to purchase. all payments can be done through paypal or the streamelements tipping page connected to my twitch account. i will not ship out a map until full payment has been received. do not send payment until i have confirmed that i accept your commission due to the fact that these items are handmade to order and i begin so shortly after accepting commissions, cancellations are not accepted at any point. be sure you are absolutely ready to go forward with commissioning me before doing so. |

| large: 16"x17" costs $225 usd base price extra large: 20"x22" costs $350 base price takes up to nine working days to complete from the date i inform you i am beginning. turn around time from starting date to getting it shipped out will be 14 days maximum. i am willing to honor specific requests for minor locations that you wish to have included on your map such as caves, tunnels, churches, chapels, forts, etc. but the overall template will remain the same (i will not increase the size of the map to accommodate the haligtree or crumbling farum azula). depending on the location of your requests, i may have to exclude previously included minor locations so that the space is not too cramped. if simply adding your requests is not possible and exclusions are necessary, these changes will be communicated ahead of time. there will be fees for custom location requests as follows: up to five custom locations add $35, up to ten custom locations add $60. if no specifications are given, your map will come with the exact same locations included as the one displayed in my previous work gallery and will be charged base price. click to see the list of default minor locations included on the map |

| weathering | doing multiple passes of going back over the initially stained map with more coffee and spot treating with coffee grounds for extra wear. also includes tearing and crumpling the map if that style has been requested. this takes three days. |
